The House

	Front of the house  The house is located on a quiet street, just a minute's walk from the village shops and amenities. It has been renovated throughout, exposing original stonework and the old wooden beams where possible. The rear of the house overlooks a small stream and a neighbour's garden with views of the village church and hills to the west. There is space for a car to park outside the front of the house, whilst the village car park is just 50 yards along the main village road.
	View from the master bedroom window  The house is designed 'upside-down.' On entering there is a large garage off to the left of the entrance hall - this has a full-sized table-tennis table in it. Tiled stairs lead up to the first floor and the bedrooms. The open plan living room and kitchen is on the top floor with views of the village church and hills beyond.
	Living Room  The house is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. The living room has pine flooring and is light and airy. There is a CD-radio stereo, with a selection of CDs available, numerous books and maps, including many on the surrounding area, along with a chest full of games!
	Kitchen / dining room  The kitchen / dining room has a large oak table with seating for 6. It is well equipped having a 4-hob gas cooker with oven and grill, fridge, washing machine, double sink and tiled preparation area. There is plenty of tableware, crockery, cutlery and utensils, including an ample supply of wineglasses!
	The master bedroom  The master bedroom has a traditional French double bed and a large fitted wardrobe. The views from the window are of the village church and beyond.
	The front bedroom  The second double bedroom is at the front of the house and has a modern double bed and a fitted wardrobe.
	Third bedroom   The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, chest of drawers and hanging area, and looks over the stream and neighbour's garden.
	Bathroom  The bathroom is fully fitted with a good powerful shower and plenty of hot water.
